Shipping Options

Usual order handling time - 3 working days.

Available shipping options descriptions and definitions:

1. Registered Priority
This shipping option is our standard shipping method. We mail the order with Poland Post (Poland's National mail handler) and in almost every case it will be handled by your National Postal Service once it reaches your country (e.g. USPS for the U.S. , Canada Post for Canada, Royal Mail for the U.K. , La Poste for France, etc.). It will REQUIRE SIGNATURE upon arrival. It's TRACKABLE , but not all postal services will provide online updates for this type of packet, even though the packet itself is internally tracked by its current handler.

Usual delivery time - between 2 and 3 weeks

In case of failed delivery attempt (if nobody will be able to sign for it at the time of delivery) it will be returned to a local postal facility, where it will await pick up for a period of time (varies for each country).

2. Global Express
This shipping option is very similar to Registered Priority packet, but does NOT REQUIRE SIGNATURE upon arrival. It's TRACKABLE. The tracking updates will be available on every country's national mail handler's website. It's only available for certain countries, so if that option doesn't appear in your checkout, it means it may not be available for you.

3. Priority Parcel
This shipping option is available only for the packets that exceed 2 kg total weight. It's international parcel service provided by Poland Post.
It's fully TRACKABLE and does NOT REQUIRE SIGNATURE upon arrival.
